Customer service was horrible. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, understandable. Close to 4 p.m., room still wasn't ready. Only when we threatened to leave was our room ready. There were 2 employees doing the check-ins, and there was a huge line of customers waiting to check in for hours. No place to sit but the floor. One tiny bench in front of check in. The pool was small for as many people there were. The beach area was the only nice area. Quite a walk and no where to clean your feet so you're tracking sand everywhere. Elevator lines were quite long as well but would move fast. Our room was right next to the elevator so it was quite loud. Whle needed extra blankets and it took almost 2 hours for someone to come. Understandably so because there wasn't much workers. Valet during check in was great, they kept our luggage until our room was ready and even brought it up to our room. However the next morning was not so great. The guy took our ticket, take about 20 minutes, only to come back on a golf cart. Came up to us and asked if we gave him the ticket, we said yes and he looked down in disappointment. He needed my husband to go with him to the office to show him our keys. It was early, 5 am, so we were trying to understand as he was the only valet at that time. But to lose our ticket and needing helping finding the keys was outrageously ridiculous. We will not be staying here again. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
