"Clean rooms "

"Room never cleaned. I don’t know why a resort fee is paid. It’s not close to a resort with no amenities, with horrible parking, and no where does it say you have to request to clean the room. Whole place smells like cigarettes and weed. Disgusting and far from a place for families "

"Everything about our Fontainebleau stay was amazing. The facility, staff, rooms, and amenities were outstanding. We decided to arrange for a few days out and about and they have an on-site rental car company making the experience convenient. I highly recommend the Fontainebleau! "

"Great location, center of the strip. Room and hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Check in was at 4pm. Was charged $60 for an early check in. I have never been charged for an early check in. Room was out dated and worn out. Furniture was old. Stains on the walls. Air conditioner was really loud. Air vents were dusty. This was my first time staying here, probably would not stay again because of out dated room. "

"There’s no airport shuttle so you’ll need a taxi, Uber, etc. to get there. The hotel is dated as evidenced by the carpet & doesn’t push the medieval theme anymore like it did when it was first built. The room I was in had no microwave or refrigerator. My AC unit went out & they promptly replaced it, but I had to call housekeeping twice to get the installation debris cleaned up. The restaurants inside that I visited were overpriced, so I ventured outside & found more affordable options. It was a bit odd to not have the taxi & rideshare areas next to each other, but it helped because neither area was ever very congested. You will likely do a lot of walking to get to places, but if you’re only going to the Luxor or Mandalay Bay, the tram that connects them is great. The self check-in process at the kiosks was easy, and you can request a late checkout at that time. It was one of the most affordable hotels on the Strip at the time I stayed there, so it sufficed for the most part."
