「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「No accessibility for handicap individuals besides parking spots where they still have to walk up a flight of stairs. Rooms poorly maintained. Arcade was a joke. Kids were super disappointed. Only 2 games and claw machine a tiny room with the ice machine. Don't advertize an arcade if you dont have one. Asked for an handicap accessible room for my wife's crippled grandmother and they put us in the farthest room away from lobby and elevator. On top of that room was falling apart. I complained and...
