「Hotel was very well kept and the staff was super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they offer free dinners (rotating between pulled pork sliders, chicken fajitas, chicken pasta), but each adult gets 2 alcoholic drinks per day for free! Only down sides are: 1. the rooms are small with very limited storage (only 2 small drawers for a 4 person room) 2. The room phone does not call the front desk but rather an offsite customer service center who then has to transfer you to...

「The hotel was in a great location. The staff was nice and check in was easy. It had several door entrances to the parking lots that made it easy to park near your room. The pools were clean and a good size. It was great to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a lazy river although our kids mostly enjoyed playing in the indoor pool. They serve a hot continental breakfast along with mini muffins, yogurt, cereals, bananas, juice and coffee. It made it nice for a quick bite to start...

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the trolley depot. We never had to fight the infamous pigeon forge traffic.」

「Not bad, not great. Very budget friendly, functional, newer property. Very quiet. Convenient to lots of attractions and Ripken. Has a small pool. It’s well maintained and common areas are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was fine but also budget friendly and functional. My main issue was housekeeping. I stayed for 6 days and when I left there were still several coffee cups from days prior. The floor when I arrived was dirty - featuring a fake fingernail in between the beds. It was still there...
