"The front desk lady was great. But the only time the office was open was 3 pm to 11 pm there was a drop box for the keys and a note on the door with an emergency number could get checked in till three on the dot if you needed something while the office was closed you were solo the desk clerk said the owner say they save money by not being available any way room was clean was aright for a one night stay"

"Everything was nice and clean! Staff was very polite and helpful! The indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river were cold but the hot tubs were great. The only thing missing was seating in the smoking areas and breakfast could have more variety. We will come and stay again."

"Bedding was dirty with what looked like old food stains. We reported this to the staff and asked for clean sheets on our beds which they said they would do. When we returned, the bed was semi made with the same stained sheets. We went down and asked for new clean sheets and remade beds ourselves. Rooms were not cleaned like they normally are daily. Was just not the experience we remember and we do not plan on returning. "

"The gentleman who worked the night shift gave great directions, was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. The ladies who served breakfast, yes, fixed your plate and handed it to you, served breakfast every morning, were delightful and really took time to have small conversations with each guest in the dining room. The housekeeping staff made sure there were fresh tiles every day and also replenished the coffee. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch and watching the wildlife. There are geese, squirrels, ducks, raccoons, a woodchuck, and a skunk that scampered by each morning. The other guests were super friendly. Easy access to Dollywood, the Island, Ole Mill and Gatlinburg via the Patriot transit center. "

"The toilets in the rooms are substandard in my opinion. They are too low to the ground, and the toilet bowls are too shallow. For anyone who had knee replacement surgery, sitting on them and standing back up is difficult because of how low they are. For men, sitting on the toilet is an unpleasant experience because your male parts get wet from touching the water in the toilet bowl. The desk clerk told me all the toilets in the hotel were changed out to these low-profile toilets except for the public toilets next to the lobby. I don't recommend this hotel for any male guests."

"Everything was perfect. First time at a Cambria hotel and will stay at another one when it is available. Staff was very helpful as I had a package coming to hotel with some medication I needed and they informed me when it arrived. Price was very good also."
