They have done a complete renovation since our stay in 22. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. It was during the beginning of the Spring Hot Rod. We stayed 3 nights. Will stay here when in Pigeon Forge again.

We were not told the property was under refurbishment when we arrived. Rooms were basic and very clean, could have done with drink making facilities. Every night vehicles used rear car park for car meets very noisy engines.

Outside of property looks run down. Made me nervous when we got there. Our room was huge though and newly renovated on the inside! Dont judge a book by its cover! I like that there is no carpet. Could have a thicker conforter, was no more than a thin sheet. Would stay here again. So close to everything!!!

Loved the location of the property being close to Dollywood. Just didn’t like how the cable on the tv hardly worked, but wasn’t a big deal.
