Staff was nice. Basic amenities. No closet rod in any of the rooms. Hang up clothes had to be hung on the towel rod in the bathroom. Room was clean but linens were dingy. Probably won’t stay there again.

Very convenient location right next to a gas station convenience store and a short drive from Dollywood. Check-in was a bit slow, but check-out was quick and efficient. Rooms were renovated with USB-A ports throughout, though TV did not appear to have streaming. The bed was not the most comfortable, as the sheets were rather thin, and it took me awhile to notice that the comforters were in the drawers. Soundproofing could be better, as I could at times hear emergency vehicles clearly. There were plenty of parking spaces available, and the chairs outside was a nice way to enjoy the outdoor weather from our rooms. Price was justified given the proximity.

Front desk attendant was slow and not responsive to making the check in process easy. Had to wait 15 mins for shift change instead of taking care of my check in accrodindly. Shower barely had any hot water. Key to room locked us out roght after checking in. Professionalism wasnt used. Good location in town on main strip.

The blankets on the bed were the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Looked like a curtain on the bed. Nothing warm to cover up with. I could smell the people next door smoking weed.

Much cleaner than I was expecting. They must have recently completed a refurbishment. I was focused on price for this trip. It was great value for the price. I stayed on two weekdays. Weekends are probably much different.

Das Motel ist sauber und perfekt für ein paar Nächte. Die Gegend hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und es gibt Cafe und Tee zu jeder Zeit. Die Betten sind bequem und das Badezimmer ist riesig. Wir würden definitiv nochmal her kommen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Gegend

This is an average property. No bells, no whistles, but a great price. It is conveniently located and the staff were great. The sheets and bedding were stained in both rooms, but they were clean. We also had a big rain come through and both rooms had water coming in over the top of the AC units into the room and below the front door. We used all our towels to clean it up and got new ones. If you are looking for value I would recommend.
