「This has been an extremely pleasurable stay at this facility. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone does all they can to make your stay comfortable. Rondel the front desk manager is amazing. He not only does the front desk, he does the laundry and helps with cleaning the rooms. He goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff go the extra mile for every guest. My next trip to Sevierville, this is where I will stay」

「This is an older hotel, but very clean and very low priced, (less than half the price of any other hotel in the area). Check in was very efficient and the young lady receptionist very courteous and helpful. Some rooms are small, (I had two, and one room was much more roomy than the other),but have everything in them most travelers would need, including a good size mini-fridge and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located for all Pigeon Forge attractions. I will definitely stay her every...
