Great location, loved the pools and hot tub. Comfortable beds and pillows and appreciated having the extra space and kitchen with our family of 4 staying in one room. Breakfast could use a bit more variety from day to day, we stayed 5 nights and the only thing that varied was the meat (Canadian bacon vs sausage links or patties).

This was a great location for our trip. We loved having the option of cooking in our room. However cooking items are limited. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. Breakfast had both hot and cold items. However the placement of the waffle station completely blocks the rest of the food and drinks. Staff was friendly. Our room was spacious but walls are thin and you can hear every conversation in the hallway and people in the surrounding rooms.

The property was clean, safe, comfortable. I liked the location. Needs some updating: the tvs are old and the channels are very limited. The food was just ok, fitness room just ok. Overall, I would stay again.

Everything about the hotel was nice, except the elevator was extremely slow. The location was nice and quiet next to a cow farm that the kids enjoyed looking at, but we didn’t smell the cows. The bedding was comfortable and pillows actually soft. Our room had a stove, big refrigerator, and dish washer that was nice to have. There was also a continental breakfast that had eggs, some type of meat that changed every day, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal.

Good location! Great staff! Breakfast wasn't bad at all, would've been nicer if they had more/different Breakfast options. Rooms were kind of smaller than expected for 6 people ....closet was barely a closet, a little too small in my opinion. Pool hours are good but it didn't seem clean enough.

Property was well maintained rooms are very clean. Breakfast was nice. Could use an extra waffle iron as the lines were very long. Maybe a different layout in the dining for this reason it made it difficult to access other items on the bar. Staff was wonderful and very informative. Children love the pool indoor, outdoor and lazy river. The elevator is very slow. This is something that would probably benefit the property. There is only two elevators and there was always a long delay between pushing the button and the elevator arriving. The rooms are very large. We had a nice balcony. Kitchen was stopped with the bear necessities needed. Would be nice to have a full stove though. Ice maker in the refrigerator worked very good.

I checked into the hotel Sunday, placed my belongings in the room, and went to Walmart for food. When I returned, I was very disappointed to find ants on the floor coming from a large hole in the wall behind the trash can, along with more ants in the kitchen area. I contacted the front desk and requested a new room. After checking it for ants, we moved to Room 118. Monday morning, I saw ants crawling across the bed. I contacted the front desk again. Since I had no other place to stay with my family, I asked that the bedding be changed and the room treated while we stepped out. While we were gone, maintenance was supposed to spray the room. My Apple Watch was left on the charger, but when I returned, it was missing, which is extremely concerning. Additionally, the breakfast was not good at all—the only decent option was cold cereal. The pool was nice, but there was no attendant. Children were unsupervised, diving in the lazy river, and a man who did not appear to be staff was recording people, mostly children, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, safety concerns, and missing item, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. We were there for Spring Break so it was busy in the area but everything was wonderful at the hotel. The kids had a great time swimming in all the pools. Housekeeping always had fresh towels and empty garbage cans for us. Front desk was always helpful and nice. The only downsides, the beds are hard (and were two years ago), and it’s a long wait for the waffle makers (but that’s most hotels). I feel like this is a little bit of a hidden gem as it’s a block off the strip so it’s tucked away but it’s so close to everything - and the trolley stops here so you can’t ask for much more.

Hotel was off the main strip which was peaceful but close enough that could enjoy the attractions. Rooms were very clean and large enough for a family of 5. Beds were comfort and clean. Sofa sleeper needs to have mattress upgraded as they are thin and can feel the coils. Kitchen had the basics but a full oven would have nice (only two eye top). The breakfast provided was good. The layout for lines to obtain your food is a little awkward. The waffle irons all right at the door when you walk in and guess wanting to get to the other side where eggs, sausage, Ham, toast bagels etc are located you had to walk through the waffle line. I feel that one more waffle iron would also help. They did offer two but they were the breakfast the most popular item so the lines were long. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The lazy River was also a hit. Area was very clean as well as the pool. The children did say that the indoor pool was cold so I believe that it could be heated a little bit more. The staff was wonderful from the second you walked in the door until the day you checked out. Front desk very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Housekeeping was thorough and provided daily cleaning if needed. Many housekeepers did not speak English. It was hard to communicate with a couple of them. I had to point at the items but they gladly gave them to me. There is a nice creek running on the property. Would recommend staying at this property. Very well maintained. We'll stay again.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. We had a mishap with another hotel that we booked and had to switch hotels at 2am with 3 children! The staff was absolutely amazing and understanding! She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The outside pool, lazy river, and hot tub is amazing. Although the inside pool could use some ventilation, very strong chlorine smell and would make ur eyes burn just sitting by the pool. Rooms are fantastic though!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily which you don’t find very often after Covid. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here for now end when staying in the area.
