La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge

10/10 Excellent
"From a family of 5 adults - we absolutely LOVED our stay here! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. You could tell that providing a great experience for their guests was genuinely important to them. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and we took full advantage of them during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved that it was served until 10:00 AM — perfect for those mornings when you’re on vacation and don’t feel like getting up at the crack of dawn! A few small things came up during our stay — nothing major at all, and honestly, I hesitate to even call them “incidents.” But what really stood out to us was how incredibly prompt and helpful the staff was whenever we needed assistance. They jumped right in, worked hard to resolve things, and made sure everything was taken care of so we could continue enjoying our vacation. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. And the location couldn’t be better! It’s literally right in the middle of everything, making it so convenient to get wherever you want to go in Pigeon Forge. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge, and we will definitely be staying here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
