"Enjoyed the hotel lobby and room. Went to the bar and checked out. Not sure what we were charged because the bill was not itemized, just the total and I was try to figure out how in the world did our bill get so high. I would stay again just won't be visiting the bar."

Perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains and still have more relaxing and fun things to do at the hotel, such as dipping in the hot tub and keeping warm at the fire pit. "This place isn't terrible but there are a few things that need improvement. The shower turned into a bath quickly because the drain was stopped up. The toilet was lopsided because of what appeared to be broken tile underneath. The mini fridge was hot the first day of our stay, then froze our items the second day of the stay. Parking is $15 per night of stay.The lobby smelled like there was a gas leak when we first arrived. The hallway on the sixth floor smelled very musty, but our room smelled fine. The pool is closed for repair. The positives... the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the location is great, the bed was comfortable."
