「Booked the property for a two night stay, was alerted by the property hours before check in that the room I booked had a plumbing issue. Took hours and many phone calls to reach a place that they placed us in another room but said we would have to be out of it the following morning then check into a completely separate room. Unfortunately there is a three hour window between check out time and check in. So we had to pack all of our things and wait. I work six days a week and this was meant to be...

「This was the CUTEST place. Such a hidden gem with a great convenient location with walkable restaurants. It was so clean and the check in process was smooth. There is a cute courtyard that is fun and cozy with some yard games that were entertaining to everyone! Parking is available on site. Kitchen was stocked with dishes which made our nights in so easy. I have already recommended this place to so many people and will stay here again for my next Nashville trip!」

「A different experience. The place is super clean. We stayed on Ron. They installed a window air conditioner. Also, the fire escape window is blocked.」

「Place was just as described very nice. There was a little confusion about check-in, but it does have an on-site 24 hour concierge so if anyone’s confused why they didn’t get an instruction email you don’t really need one.」

「We loved our stay everything was wonderful. Communication, instructions on everything. Plenty of room and extras. My kids loved the UNO game we played it several times. When we needed assistance they were very quick to get back to us and brought extra towels and a roll away bed at 9:00 at night. Would book again.」
