「Not a typical hotel, this is more of an extended stay so no daily housekeeping service, etc. The property was clean and any requests we had were immediately addressed. We had an issue with our thermostat and they moved us to a new room without our request. 「Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay」

「Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking.
