「The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in. The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair. 「Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful...
