Great place to stay. Everything was as described in the listing. We loved that it was walking distance to everything we had planned to do. The only thing I could suggest to make it better, would be to leave detailed instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay at Boulevard Stays in Nashville. The location was great and the property was comfortable overall. The only downside was an issue with the air conditioning that we reported during our stay. Unfortunately, no one ever came to inspect or address the issue. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement in guest support and communication.

Self check in is very simple, there are about 7 lockers available for luggage storage before check-in if needed (they are on a first come basis) our room was exactly what we needed, very cozy and clean! The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told it wouldn’t be an issue and our front door access code would still work. We went back to grab our bags and head to the airport and our code didn’t work multiple times, we called their support line twice and got no answer, we sent a follow-up text letting them know the code wasn’t working and we couldn’t get our bags. Luckily a couple was going inside and they held the door for us. We never heard back from the hotel about our issue accessing our bags, instead we were sent a text asking to give the hotel a review

I've stayed at the Boulevard Stays twice now and it's been absolutely fantastic both times. Close to Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown. You can pretty much walk wherever you want to go. The staff is friendly. The building is secure and I highly recommend the place.
