First time visit to Nashville. Solo traveler. Was not what to expect, but the Kasa property was excellent. While virtual, all the communication was fast and effective. Everything worked well for check in etc. Great central location. Can walk to many areas of interest. And easy taxi ride to other areas. Everything was clean, fresh and modern. Quiet rooms. Lots of space, even in the studio room. I highly recommend using this accomodation for your visit.

Conveniently located to downtown but quiet and out of the chaos. Code to get into building AND individual room. Felt secure despite no lobby staff. Requests for more towels were answered timely and they we super accommodating with dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer, iron, makeup remover wipes, trash bags etc. We felt like we had everything we needed. Definitely great value compared to other basic standard hotel rooms.

The room and hotel itself were very nice, but the hotel has basically no in person staff aside from their cleaners. You can only speak with an AI bot who is programmed to help with most needs, which is nice for getting in and out of the hotel but that’s about it. This bot basically got us kicked out of our room after our request for late checkout didn’t go through, thus forcing us to wait in the unstaffed lobby for 6hrs to wait for our flight. Hotel is good, customer service is not.

This gets an A for effort. However, no amount of epoxy paint can keep a basement from being cold and dank during cold and rainy weather. And lamps in the living room.

Loved this place! This isn't just a tiny little hotel room. It was a straight up 1 bedroom apartment! Full kitchen set up, HUGE bathroom, nice living area with plenty of space to relax and the location is great. It is a short walk (3-15 mins depending on how fast you walk) to Broadway, yet the street is quiet and chill. Super comfy bed and bedding. Easy access in and out of the building. Texting communication was great and super easy. Very responsive to my questions, and they were very pro-active about making me aware of a small maintenence issue (that had no effect on our stay). Great water machine with flavors, electrolytes and boost in room next to lobby was a nice surprise and made staying hydrated super easy and convenient! If you are they type worried about having a view from the room you might be disappointed, as we looked at a parking garage from our room but we didn't care since we don't just stand around and look out the window, so don't let that deter you from this large, clean and safe place to stay! Get out and see Nashville and come back to the room to recharge for more! This will be my go to place to stay from now on!
