It’s a nice spot only problem was did have access to the washer and dryer. The WiFi didn’t work at all and have to use personal WiFi just to be able to watch tv. Mentioned it to the front desk and was offered no help at all. For the amount of money you spend to stay is definitely not worth it when you don’t get to use what is offered.

The unit was clean and well-equipped including unusual features such as a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, washer and dryer, and espresso maker. The bathroom was very large with plenty of space to iron clothes. The price as much less than the Westin, which is a 10 minute talk away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the area surrounding it didn't seem 100% safe at night.

It was just okay. Don’t expect any response when requesting anything, like extra towels or paper towels. The TV system is not set up for multiple channels. Just one news station. Have to have a Netflix or Prime account.

The photos don’t entirely match the quality of the property. Despite being new, it is quite grotty overall. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked, there was holes in my bedding, hand prints and smudges on the fridge, dust all over the ceiling and walls in the bedroom. I didn’t receive an email about checkin instructions, so I didn’t know if I would even be able to gain access when I arrived after a late flight (I was able to but this was slightly stressful). Nobody provided me with WiFi details, I had to ask. SoBro is a convenient area for getting into music row (about 15 minutes by foot).

Overall, a good experience. Close to downtown. Would have loved to stay longer. Asked room attendants for an extra blanket that never arrived but person at front desk was very helpful to get us one. Appreciated getting a type of room we asked for. Didn’t use the kitchen but next time for longer stay we will. Would return for sure.

Room/view not as nice as pictures. Walls very thin & you could hear everything. Check in took a while because the kiosk wasn’t working great . Not terrible, but not as lovely as the pictures .

Overall it was fine. Location is fairly close to broadway and the hall of fame. Lots of homeless people in the area which is concerning at night walking around. Parking garage is nice but pretty pricy. Cost over $100 for me. My biggest complaint is the water pressure and the window shades. The water pressure is so low it can’t even hit the back of the tub. Wife had a hard time washing her hair. The other issue was the blinds. They are just roll up ones that don’t block much light. The bedroom walls don’t do all the way to the ceiling which makes it where it is pretty bright in the bedroom even with the door shut and blinds closed. The seating in the living room is pretty pitiful too. Small couch and chair. Not very comfortable. I will not be staying there again.
