「The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. 「Property was nice and clean. Quiet but within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking is not great with additional cost to park on their property. Breakfast was what is expected, nothing fantastic but convenient to an early morning breakfast without leaving the hotel. I was well satisfied with our visit.」
