「We stayed here for my son’s graduation. All our favs were $800 a night. Knoxville hotels price gauge when there is a special event. This hotel was priced well and not over priced. Nothing special but a place to lay our heads for the weekend.」

「Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. 」

「This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. 」

「Less amenities since it is lower in Hilton chains but worth the price. This location was very clean and still seemed new. Only continental Breakfast but they say that up front. Recommend for a quick stay.」

「My room was quite nice, and quiet. Any issues I had (only one) was addressed immediately. Staff is attentive and friendly. Convenient to I-75, food and gas stations. I make this particular trip every three months. I will stay here again.」

「The only problem that I seen there was no microwave in the room and the breakfast was not up to standards. I think breakfast should be more than cereal and honey buns I understand that it's a financial thing. It's just my opinion cause a lot of them don't serve any breakfast but if it's offer I think it should be more.Other then that the staff took care of any situation that occurred and very helpful and professional.」

「We wanted to stay here for 2 nights, we left after the first night because we came back to the room and found cockroaches in there. I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back.」
