「The rooms were noisy from outside noise. Even on the 8th floor I felt I could hear everything outside. The hallway was pretty quiet. The ac was very noisy making loud pop and cracking noises followed by several propeller engine sounds. The bed for me was terrible I actually ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed 2 of 3 nights.」

「This property was really clean so festive we the Vols decor, staff sooooo friendly and informative. Love love the rooms, so modern. Loved the gym, couldn’t get enough of the gym! Love the ice buckets in the bottom floor with cups available, the breakfast was real nice and I love the draft beer station and the availability of snacks and drinks!!!!! Great stay, didn’t want to leave!!!!」

「Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. 」
