This was a 2 night stay, and when we arrived the entrance was unkept. We requested 2 rooms next to each other and on the first floor, no smoking. We were told the rooms were non smoking, but when we opened the door it was clear they were not! The front desk receptionist tried to help us by brining a room spray, we requested more towels, and were asked if we had more than 2 people staying with us. Mildew in the bathroom, carpet so dirty we work socks. Guest sit outside of their rooms in a group smoking, no ice machine, TV didn't work, the key was damaged. So bad we just laughed and made the best of it! The Antique Weekend and finding "The Pearl" saved our week-end.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I encountered cockroaches in the room and contacted the front desk to request a refund. The employee apologized and stated that the rooms had cockroaches. She then refunded my payment. While I appreciate that the issue was acknowledged and my money was returned, the presence of cockroaches is unacceptable for a lodging facility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Stay away from this location. I’ve been here a few times and I should’ve learned the first few times. Not going back anymore. I thought this place was convenient cause of the price and they don’t ask for a deposit. But the bed bugs aren’t worth it. I noticed the last time I stayed here I had bumps and bite marks on my body. I didn’t think too much about it. Last night when I got there I checked under the mattress and didn’t see anything unusual . But this morning I woke up with a good amount of bite marks again. The price is good. But not worth it
