「The room was not cleaned. There was a dead bug on pillow, in window seals. The floors had food crumbs in them. Looked sweeper under the fridge. Some of the towels had orange/ reddish stains on them. There was half inch of dust in all the cub-bards that held towels. The tv did not work. The WiFi didn’t work for our phones, my business computer or my daughter’s monitor. We were very upset with the stay. The balcony is also very dangerous. The gate gaps are HUGE. So we couldn’t even sit out there....

According to the description the resort had both services to help you book events and get to where you were going. We were not impressed with the breakfast as the oatmeal was watered down, and coffee was weak but everything else was adequate for a small meal to begin your day. 「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The place was very nice. But the scent of Apple that was vented through the air was way too strong at times. Also, I did not like the maintenance cleaning carts set out all through the hallways in the way. The indoor pool area was way too hot to really use. The breakfast was nice. The area was always clean. The food was always full. Staff was pleasant.」

「If you are looking for mountain quiet 20 minutes from Dollywood, this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious and have balconies to enjoy the mountain air. The staff is great and very helpful. Appointed with a microwave and mini fridge, the rooms have everything to sustain you. I will be back.」

「The room was pretty nice except for the couch, we wouldn't even sit on it, very stained, nice shower, looked like it had been updated recently. The breakfast was not very good, location was nice. I booked this place because of reviews, but cant agree now that I have stayed. I will look at other options when in the area before I jump on this one again. All that being said we did get a nice rate.」
