It was clean and conveniently located. Staff was very helpful when I needed them. They serve breakfast but I never went. Great local coffee shop nearby was terrific.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, we enjoyed walking the property and the trail that was right in front. We enjoyed bbqing and the area there. The boys loved watching all the squirrels and birds. The outdoor pool was cold this time of year but we used the indoor one. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended!

The room I stayed in was redone very recently had a modern look to it, the bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were new. The only thing that hadn’t been replaced was the shower and it was still in very good condition. The grounds and additional areas, fitness center and pool were in great shape. It was the only hotel with indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center in the area. Very close to nice restaurants, bar and the park.

The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable!! The property was very expensive!!! Lots of outdoor amenities!! We used the outdoor tables & chairs in the pavilion area, for picnic lunches, walked on lots of paved walking trails, played on the pickleball courts, and had a wonderful bonfire one evening, on the property .

The property was pet friendly which is number one to us. It’s a nice quiet area not far from attractions in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It’s always clean and the staff is super nice. We stay here every year (sometimes more than once).

We have stayed here several times over the years. And the updates and remodeling are just excellent. We have enjoyed our stay so much. My only negative thing was there was not great water pressure in the shower. We had problems with the TV and we called the office and they were there immediately to help us. All it was was a dead battery in the remote. Thanks again for our wonderful day

This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory.

Pet friendly hotel. Rooms clean and newly renovated. Amazing friendly staff, greeted with a smile. They have a conference hall for business groups to rent and a smaller room too. 10 acres of property with lots of rooms and suites. In the center of Townsend, very convenient to shops, and restaurants. About an hour to gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. It’s an old property that has new life breathed into it.

Everything seemed on the cheap. Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't.
