Our stay was okay. The room was clean but a little outdated. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. However, some staff was friendly but about 30 minutes before checkin, someone called us about our reservation. They wanted to make sure that we knew about a $25 hold on our account when we check in. But then he continued on so much about damages, our dog, and what was expected of guests, it made me so paranoid to leave a water spot on the sink. When he asked about if I was traveling with a pet, I said yes, I mentioned it when I booked and read the pet rules. He then got awkward about it and kept saying I will be charged for damages. I again said I understood. It made staying there extremely uncomfortable. Like I said, we felt as if we had a water spot on the shower, we would be charged some sort of cleaning fee.
