「Our room had a dead beetle under the pillow upon arrival. The bathroom noise is a bit extra. Running water is super loud. I saw all of these reviews about how clean the hotel was, but i didnt think it was that clean. So many smokers. You cant keep the patio open or it just blows in the room. It would be a lot better if the property was non smoking. The breakfast was largely less than mediocre with spoiled OJ, dry muffins, cereal and bagels. The good parts were the indoor and outdoor heated...

「Beautiful place to start overall awesome tv didn’t work in upstairs bedroom and bathroom light down stairs did not work trash on the ground around deck but the place was amazing and as beautiful as can be road to cabin it a little rough so I highly recommend a 4wd or awd during th winter 」

「Our cabin was very spacious and can accomodate a lot of people. We had 5 and could of easily fit 4 more comfortably. Plenty of room to spread out. The pool table was an unexpected bonus. In a nice area but view was not special. Easy access to all things Pigeon Forge!」

「When we arrived, I noticed the thermostat was set to 75 degrees and it was locked so I could not change the temperature. I called and asked for a way to lower the temperature a little bit, at least in the evening when we sleep. (When the thermostat says 75, it is actually much hotter in the loft where the bunk bed is). They said the HVAC system is so old that if you turn the temperature down, it will freeze/ice over and need repair. I asked them to please find a way for me to cool the place...

「Was so very pleased with the cabin. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. It was close to all attractions but still secluded. We enjoyed our time there and our grandchildren want to return next summer. Thank you for making this a perfect trip. We made lots of memories that will last a life time.」

「Great location in Pigeon Forge. We had a room on the first floor close to the indoor and outdoor pools and the office. Parked right in front of our room! Hot tub and pools were great! I loved that our room was refreshed daily with fresh towels and our beds were made! Very nicely priced for our 3 night stay! Beds were comfy too, I would recommend this hotel even tho it could use a little renovation! 」
