The hotel itself was in a good place to be able to walk or use the trolley to get to and from Gatlinburg. The free breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very nice overall. The hotel itself is very dated and not as clean as it could have been, but for the price it was worth it overall.

Yes, the rooms where clean, easy access to the laundry (1 washer/dryer) Call a Uber to drop you off in town, then walk around downtown. Breakfast is okay, always coffee avaliable. Back up to unload right to your door. Balcony side, lovely to hear the rushing river... The staff super nice and helpful! Yes, there can be a small size black bear looking for food. Do Not leave the Slightest of Crumbs in your car, or unfinished soda cans or bottles etc. ... Close to everything, has nice sized outdoor pool! We will stay here again!
