「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! 「The property was nice it looks like it has recently been renovated. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok.. wish they had more fruit options. The pool was nice and clean. Great location! Now, for what I didn’t care for. We drove all night and got there around 1:00 pm. I inquired about possibly getting in our room a little early. I was told the room wasn’t ready yet. Then the man at the desk said I could have a room now for an extra $30. I said no thank you.. I have paid enough...

「I like that is was walking distance to a lot of attractions and that you had an option of taking a trolley. 」

「The Bear Creek Inn was a great place to stay for a trip to visit the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. The location was great with the river just behind the hotel and within easy walking distance to Gatlinburg. The only thing that would make it better would a little more privacy on the balconies. 」
