"The swimming pool & water slide were awesome, two hot tubs were very hot. Breakfast was free with hot and cold options. The room was clean, the view of the stream and the town were very nice. The hotel is old and could use some updating in the bathrooms, old tiles & caulking. We were comfortable & enjoyed our stay, we were very close to everything & walked everywhere which was great."

"We booked the loft room with a jetted tub for our weekend get away. The room itself was an amazing layout and the price was decent. We enjoyed the jetted tub, but the water would spit out of the back of the faucet when you turned the water on. When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was the uneven carpet that didn’t match up to the tile, there were noticeable spots all over the room where the walls were damaged, and there were quite a few stains on the carpets and the walls. There were also quite a few things that didn’t work including the hairdryer, outlets throughout the room, and both of our tv remotes wouldn’t work. Fortunately, we spent the majority of our trip outside of our room, so none of these issues really bothered us. The room was decently clean and housekeeping did a nice job keeping up with the towels and garbage. We did not get to use the pool, but it looked well maintained and looked great for younger children. The location was perfect as it is right by the main drag of tourist attractions, food, and activities. We ended up walking everywhere we went!"
