"The room was exceptionally clean. Towels. Sheets. All of it was clean and tidy. Complete with mini fridge and microwave. It Had a gorgeous view of the creek and nice little balcony. I really Enjoyed the covered parking located steps from the door to the hotel and another step or two to our room. The staff were wonderful. We needed a few extra towels and called the desk. Within a few minutes more towels were delivered to the door. Staff were also informative and very friendly at the check in. Politely answered questions and gave maps and information about the area. This was our first time actually staying in Gatlinburg. My kids swam in the pool. It was clean and quiet. It was great the pool towels being pool side. Very convenient. The hotel breakfast was great. Staff were constantly restocking and making sure everything was out and ready for guests. Both Saturday and Sunday morning there was a little different variety. We probably enjoyed the doughnut holes the best. They were fantastic. This lodge was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to stay here again. It was perfect! The hotel is conveniently located to walk the downtown area. You are just a short walk from lots of shopping and attractions. "

"Lights in breakfast area kept going off and waffle maker was out of order. Your bathroom needs more than a small bar of soap for more than one person in the sink area. We did not use the shower or tub. "

They said they would contact you guys to confirm I did not stay there and issue a refund within 48 hours and send me a conformation email. It’s been several days and I haven’t heard from anyone.
