「We have stayed many places in Gatlinburg and this has been the spot so far! We enjoyed the building being clean, the staff being friendly and accomodating, and how convenient the property is. We got to see a bear twice. We travelled with a teen and a puppy. We all enjoyed and will be back! 」

「Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?」

「Beds were clean and very comfortable!! Hot tub was just right, and the pool and hot tub were very clean. The only thing I would have liked a little better would be the water pressure for the shower. It was okay, just could have been a little better. We were on the 3rd floor so may be the reason. It was very quiet, which was great! We will be back for summer!! Loved this property!! 」
