Si vuelvo sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Solo sugiero mejorar la limpieza a la cafetera de la habitación. 」

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「Centrally located, many dining options nearby. We stayed in building #3, the room was fine, but it is dated and could use some updating. Staff are friendly and helpful, felt safe walking around. 」
