Had a great time in this hotel and Gatlinburg! The staff were very friendly and approachable. The rooms were very fresh, smelled good, and were clean. There was no dust and even the bathroom tiles looked clean. You could see there was a lot of effort put into the rooms by staff members. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, etc. were placed in the rooms. The hotels location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg (probably 5-10 minutes walking distance to the most popular spots).

Staff was nice, loved they provided coffee all day, great location and could walk everywhere for the most part. Only down side was a few of the outlets were broken in our room as well as the tub had broken parts on. Just need to get those fixed and the room is perfect. It was a nice size room for four of us.

We had a great day here with our three young children, front desk staff was great, complementary breakfast was good, kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming and going down the slides. Our only issue would be trying to get towels for the pool area as they are not kept by the pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, hotel lobby, and the grounds were all clean and tidy. It's just a block away from the downtown strip of Gatlinburg. Just enough off the beaten path to be a perfect spot.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the front desk manager Robert he was extremely polite and helpful even getting my son milk in the middle of the night because I ran out. He knew about the area which was extremely helpful. You can get on the free trolly right in front of the hotel and ride around town to see everything it was a hour ride. Very beautiful and got to see everything we wanted to do. Our hotel was 3 blocks from the main strip. This hotel has an indoor heated pool and an indoor water park which my son absolutely loved. Would definitely stay here again I’m already planning my trip.
