「It's a very nice new hotel off the main strip. We had a standard king room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown. The only negative is that they charge $15 a day for parking, which we didn't know about until we checked in. There is covered parking though. 」

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
