"Hotel was clean, new, had adequate (albeit tight) parking. Staff was friendly. Close enough to the strip to walk down daily. Always felt safe at this location. Biggest issue we had was with the offered breakfast. Eggs, sausage, gravy, etc all seem to be microwave heated and served. Gravy was so salty and clumpy it was inedible. Make your own waffle station was nice. Overall a good place to stay and would stay again, but improvements in the breakfast would make it a GREAT place to stay!!"

"The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!"

"This was a great home base for our visit to Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The location and view were outstanding and the pool and water slide were perfect for our grade school aged children. "
