「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「When we arrived, we were very disappointed to learn that the room we got what not the upgraded room I had paid for from the booking agency. It was a Mother’s Day trip for my mom and the hotel was full so we were stuck with it for three nights. The pull out sofa bed was horrible for my son and there were stains on it as well as the curtains in that room. On nights 4 & 5, we were able to be moved into the suite I had reserved. 「Fantastic stay here, was not the first time and won’t be the last! The bathroom was remodeled since our last stay as well, which was a nice surprise. The only issue encountered, the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor with a special needs child. That was a major challenge to navigate. Luckily we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would’ve had to make different arrangements. Wish they had let us know before we stayed, however our stay was ultimately pleasant regardless of this issue....

「The property is nearby to the attractions and it is walkable distance. The area was safe and yet still at a distance from the noise. 」

「I love the hidden hot tub they have and also an indoor pool for those raining or snowy days. The property is not located on the strip but it’s just a walk down which isn’t bad! Staff is friendly and breakfast option is well. Property is up kept and clean!」

「We arrived at the hotel early due to plans for the day got canceled from storms that rolled through in the early morning hours. With that said, our room wasn't ready however the staff was gracious and gave us our parking pass early to allow us to park our car and be able to walk the strip to check out the many shops and restaurants in close proximity. Overall, the hotel was very nice, rooms were recently remodeled and very clean. Nice view of downtown from in front of our room.」
