The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and welcoming, spacious clean rooms, the pool was little cooler than we desired but it was clean and we enjoyed it. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus. They offered Eggs, chicken, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, bagels, cereal, fruits and a few other goodies at no cost. Throughout our stay the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we return next year. The one down fall is there is not enough parking for all guest. There is an off site parking lot if you happen to not get a space at the hotel however it’s a bit of a walk however, the first night we arrived we had to park in the over flow lot off location and we just waited till morning and moved our vehicle back to the hotel. The lot directly across the street will cost you 10.00 a night. This hotel is perfect if you are coming for an event at the convention center it’s directly across the street. It’s a prime locations for all events on the main strip.

Location was perfect I was able to walk from the hotel to Main Street in 5min without moving my car (reason I picked this hotel) breakfast was good with variety every day, staff was very friendly and helpful and TV has many options for kids. Keep in mind this is an updated hotel, is not new, I was able to heard my neighbors but a set the fan on the AC to reduce noise and room was little humid but is the season for it (April)

Very close to lots of attractions. The pool room is dark and kind of cold. The pool was semi-warm. The exterior of the building could use some upkeep but the front was nice. Very few parking spaces. Rooms were comfortable and kept very clean. Housekeeping was timely and did a great job. The breakfast was basic but good.

Wifi worked good. Breakfast wasnt great and there were so many people i thought i was back at the school cafeteria. Location was great and it felt safe. Kept getting the overwhelming smell of weed when on our balcony but since its legal there i dont think theres much that can be done. We ended up not even going to the pool because we were doing other things. Parking can be an issue but they have overflow but we never had an issue. It was clean and location was perfect and thats all we needed!

Our room was clean. It seemed to be somewhat newly updated but the bathroom fixtures were thrown together and badly needed work. The beds kind of sucked. We watched all the outdoor light fixtures constantly flicker. The location and price was great! Easy parking and walk to main attractions.

We didn't even get to stay. They canceled our reservation before we even got there. As they were pulling up the reservation to try to reinstate it, they informed us pets were not allowed. I booked this property with the understanding that they were. We ended up staying at the microtel around the corner.

Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well. Location was perfect for walking around town. The rooms are outdated & the hallway definitely needs new carpet. Hotel smelled like mildew. For the high rates that you pay, the owner(s) should do interior upgrades. Would probably not stay here again.

Stayed in room 308 had a strange mildew type odor immediately walking in, requested new sheets for bed had stains like they didn’t change them! Carpet looked/felt dirty, A/C needs help thankfully it wasn’t hot during our stay. Asked front desk for new towels delivered to our room NEVER brought had to ask housekeeping staff directly! Elevator was broken had to use stairs our entire stay. Only positive was the mattress was comfortable & the location was perfect. Won’t stay again.
