「Our stay was very good overall. The hotel was in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accessible to our needs. The best part for the kids was the water playground. They could have spent the entire trip playing on the slides or splashing around in the water. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would stay here again.」

「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「I can't not recommend this place enough. It was wonderful! Just a 3 minute walk to The Village which drops you out on the parkway in the middle of all the action. But you would have never known how close you were when you're at the hotel. We sat out by the fire pit after dinner one night and it was so quiet. The only thing we heard was the wind in the trees. Love this hotel and we will definitely be back!」

「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...
