Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our view. I wish the bathroom had a fan in it to use while showering. I loved the trolley services to take you to the park, i wish they offered the services to Dolly’s stampede as well. Also loved the hot tub and pool.

The hotel itself and the room were great. Beautiful accommodations and exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The live music in the Acoustic Lobby was a nice surprise. The only mishap was that we were awoken early by someone attempting to enter our room. Luckily, the secure bar was in tact. The front desk was contacted and we were asked if we wanted to head of security to come. Unfortunately, who whoever it was had already left. The housekeeping manager called later and indicated it was a housekeeping staff. They were very apologetic. Otherwise, a beautiful place to stay and would have been an "EXCELLENT" rating if not for the attempted entrance into our room.
