I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do

Great hotel and stay. Nice, clean and wonderful gathering areas. We recently stayed here and Dreammore and my only complaint (and it’s not that bad) is the beds are not as comfortable as I’d like or expect. Otherwise, awesome hotel and stay! Would definitely stay again at both resorts

The location of this property is excellent and the grounds are so beautiful. So worth it to be off the main strip and pwrk of preferred parking free coupon at dollywood! The music in the lobby is great every night and the beds and pillows are comfortable and towels were soft. Everything seems pretty new. This would easily be a 5 star review except for a few quirks about the room itself- Clothing/shelving storage is a bit odd- open cabinets instead of a usual dresser. No cups in the bathroom (and can’t get any if you call). Front desk staff friendly but bland when we checked in.

Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.
