「Located a LIVE cockroach in the upstairs bedroom, crawling on the wall. Called and messaged the property immediately to find another place to stay, but were met with no assistance. After 10 hours of driving, we had to sleep. 「Beautiful view of the creek but the hotel needs major update. Floor was uneven, bathroom fan was really loud and the pool area looks really outdated. Also, the picture of the lazy River looks bigger online than it actually is. Plus the staff sounded like they had some issues with each other.」

「This is a really neat place with nice rooms facing the water. The problem is that if you arrive at the wrong time there is no one to tell you where to go or how to get checked in. They also only seemed to keep one person at the office and it may be several hours to get a response for something like getting extra towels, ice, water or just general information.
