Very close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Large room and grab and go breakfast was very convienient along with free parking and a price that is hard to beat!

I expected a 3 star property which it wasn't. Some remodeling done in the room, about half of it is still showing old decrepit motel remnants. Also a "breakfast, I wouldn't call it.

I like that it is really close to the strip. The room was clean. This was our second time staying here. The room was extremely humid inside, made everything feel really damp so sleeping was not comfortable.That was the only bad thing. The AC leaked all over the floor so that might have created the humidity. But I did let management know so they could address it. Other than that it was a great stay again.

Only complaint I have is that the jacuzzi suite the glass panel is on the wrong end of the tub, so you have to get into the tub, to turn on the water. And the hot and cold water were backwards. Overall the bed was great, clean room, good location.

Absolutely ridiculous based on the pictures they show it looks so amazing they only give you one option of rooms to stay in so you think you’re getting this luxury get away and when we arrived it was completely opposite so bad that I took a video as proof and asked the front desk and they told me that everyone says that and there’s nothing they can do because they already took the money did not offer any forms of refunds and told me to talk to Expedia about it being half way across the US I felt I had no choice but to just stick it out instead of losing almost 600 dollars for this fake hotel complete disappointment and made me extremely upset and there lack of help and knowing that that’s the skeem they run is so disheartening if you’re going to book here just know you’re getting a old dirty room nothing nice the whole place smells like mold highly do not recommend

This property is on River Road so it's not on the parkway (huge bonus). You can tell the owners have taken an older property and fixed it up very nicely. Everything from the exterior to the decor and sheets and pillows are current, clean, and updated. There is a no smoking policy of any kind, so know that before you book. They are also pet friendly- but under 50 lbs. The woman and young man at the front desk are so amazing and helpful. They have a free grab and go breakfast or you can walk to several breakfast restaurants. The pool was always clean and inviting. This property is within walking distance to the Gatlinburg Trail. Definately the place you want to stay if you want to be close to parkway but in a quiet serene setting.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and basically right on the main drag (less than 2 minute walk). The outdoor patio off my room and the fireplace were nice surprises. I really enjoyed my 5 night stay and look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!

Property was in a great location, easily walkable to attractions on the main street of Gatlinburg. You can see that this was an older inn/motel but is in the process of slowly being renovated it appears with updated siding, decor, and flooring. Sometimes the finishes need a little polishing as far as their installation goes, but you can see that they’re trying their best. Had an issue with a super slow drain in one of the sinks, and the caulking in the newly tiled Shower was something to behold, but the towels were clean and the toilet flushed. Haha. Make sure if you want a hot shower to do it first thing in the morning before everyone else gets to the hot water. Wink wink. Staff was great. Breakfast wasn’t fancy as it was a quick grab and go, but it was well stocked and easy to find. Kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and well taken care of. Would stay again if the price is right.
