"Loved location . Great restaurants, activities, and Convention Center: all within easy walk. Excellent parking. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Otherwise, very poorly maintained. Soap dispensers empty, bathroom exhaust fan hanging by wires, tv remote does not work."

"Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the strip - Close by, but away from all the noise, and the sound of rushing water while out on the balcony. Room was clean & parking was good. Can park right in front of your room. Definitely recommend staying here. Ducks & Bears love to roam this area. "

" I talked to the manager on site and complained about the bugs in both bathrooms, blood stained sheets and the dirty floor. She told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund which I did. They said they would contact you guys to confirm I did not stay there and issue a refund within 48 hours and send me a conformation email. It’s been several days and I haven’t heard from anyone. "Manager Monty was extremely unprofessional Milly desk work completely unprofessional she hugged me without my permission they both mad comments no one should share with a paying guest after I complained they became very aggressively rude toward me and my family !never acknowledged us gave free drinks too white family didn’t offer any to us and it was a birthday! Also pool wasn’t working in door nor the infinity pool the parking lot was limited but charging 15$ a night guest didn’t have nowhere to park ! Spoke with ray he did give us a few breakfast which wasn’t enough I wouldn’t recommend this location The only thing that was ok was ray "

"Walkable everywhere, 15 min walk to the aquarium. Trolly stop available for free right in front for those unable to walk. Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful. Will return in the future "
