Bear Creek Inn

"the little creek that ran behind and when you went out on balcony it was really nice , I am a smoker and there wasn't no comfortable place to smoke at I understand not smoking on the balcony or in the rooms but I would at least like a comfortable place to smoke at most of the staff was very kind and courteous I found one that I didn't care for and I spoke to the manager about Her . he was very attentive to my opinion about that member of the staff , I think one thing the whole staff needs to do when someone checks in make sure they are fully cautioning about the presence of bears around the city and the Hotel I was there for jeep invasion and there were several soft top jeeps that were torn into by the bear and it seem to be the same bear every night .but anyway I was over all very pleased with my stay there ."

"It is a nice property, well kept. Elevators were slow in the morning because of the amount of people leaving, we also checked out at a busy time, would advise to leave earlier if possible. Parking is tight but doable. Wish there was a keurig in the room. But honestly a great place, so convenient and walkable to attractions."

"Selective selection of breakfast. People were smoking Marujana and cigarettes on the property and in room too! Employees were very receptive and helpful during daytime. Nighttime employee ( men) was not so receptive. You had to ask front desk for the rooms to be cleaned. Overall beautiful location and we were had a fine stay! Will check in again if we visit TN."

"This is our favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg because of the location right on the river. We love to sit on the balcony and watch the river and the wildlife. If you’re lucky you might see a bear roaming around. This hotel is not fancy but it’s clean and comfortable. It’s on Parkway so there is noise from traffic but honestly it doesn’t bother us at all and we sleep well. The breakfast is very good with bacon,sausage,eggs,waffles and much more. I love this place."

"For the price, it was an excellent accommodation! Only issue was consistent Hot water for multiple showers. Bathroom faucet was loosely connected to the sink but worked just fine. Host was very nice and hard working. She was running the front desk as well as cleaning rooms. Room was large and nicely decorated, too."
