「Nice ambience and polite staff」

「Parking in garage is tight in a truck and getting out of garage is tight 」

「The room we stayed in was a little outdated but we liked that. The room was so huge and was very inexpensive. The walking distance to shopping and dinning was very little and was in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was way above your traditional other hotels. We will definitely be reserving another room again.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?」

「Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay but definitely expected for a continental breakfast. I do wish they left out water or coffee for during the day and not just during breakfast. Overall, would stay here again 」
