「Room and grounds were clean. Some of the gates to the pool would not open with room key. When we arrived, the Lazy River was roped off and green. They got it cleaned and open on our 3rd day. There are bees flying around the top of the stairs at the water slide.」

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
