"Right in the heart of Gatlinburg you don't have to pay for parking! The room was clean and nice but it desperately needs updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet it backed up and they moved us to a new room that was a little bigger and nicer than what we originally in and we stayed in it for the remainder of our stay at no additional charge. I would stay there again."

"Everything was awesome and great location. Narrow parking spaces in the garage was our only issue and direction of traffic arrows need to be repainted."

"The room was clean when we arrived. We were given a sheet with instructions/tips but it wasn’t very clear. We had a misunderstanding with trying to get housekeeping to come. We realized that putting out the door sign that said “maid service needed” was treated as a DND sign. The breakfast seemed to dwindle as the week went on. The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to many great things and check in/out was easy. Overall, we had a good time. "
