「The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times.」

Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. 「We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot.」

「The location is absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. If you’re expecting a really big breakfast, that is the one thing you will not find. Parking is very pricey in downtown Gatlinburg and staying at this resort allows you to park for free. That alone is worth staying at this resort.」

「They need to let you know up front before booking that there is a $16 + a night parking fee. That’s is enough to make me look for a different place to stay」

「酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！」
