"Rooms were cleaned exceptionally everyday. Staff was very polite. My only advice would be to add some kind of breakfast potatoe to the breakfast buffet line. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay."

"The front desk staff was very friendly, room was very nice! Fireplace was great feature due to it was 27 degrees outside! Right in the middle of downtown very convenient to food and shops all in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to stay at!!"

"Location, location and location. The location is excellent 3 min walk to Ober mountain and 5 min walk to Skypark, also very close to Howard's restaurant and Cherokee Grille, awesome dinning options. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and always available to help and give local tips to explore the best way possible. The option of having breakfast for $12 (Buffet style) at hotel was very helpful and fair. Cleanness was very good and amenities awesome. I really recommend it and will stay there again when coming back in Summer to enjoy the ziplines. "
