"We were upgraded to room 327. It was our 1st wedding anniversary. No tea or coffee facilities in room. No hot water. Water was dark and murky and ice cold. We reported it and was told to run the taps in shower and sink for a good 30 mins then we will get hot water. We got Luke warm water. Not good as we wasted so much water. I asked to change rooms twice this was rejected. I asked to talk to a manager, manager would not come to room. Would we stay again at Hotel Edison Times Square… no. "

"If you’re looking to stay in the Times Square area, this hotel is an excellent choice. Our room was spotless and surprisingly spacious for a New York City property. The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the rooftop restaurant was a wonderful bonus with a great atmosphere. We also really appreciated the complimentary morning coffee and evening wine — such a thoughtful touch. The staff was consistently pleasant, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the heart of New York City."
