"Location is perfect but needs more seating with umbrellas at pool area. Bar is very good. Need to update room decor and rugs in hallway to brighten up the place. Fix utility doors and where is the ice machine where it says ice machine? Stingy with the coffee and really petty that one has to call for towels for the room. They are just plain towels. Don't they trust their staff or visitors ? Fumigate regularly please. "

"San Juan Airport Hotel is quite convenient for me as an overnight stop to and from the BVI. Rooms and amenities are simple but clean. I had a nice dinner of some Puerto Rican specialties at Campo Verde restaurant and their breakfast buffet was quick, convenient and filling. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional."

"This was my 2nd stay at this property, the rooms really need to be updated, 1 of our rooms had a very damp feel & smell, they offered to come & freshen up the room, but it seemed to be more of a HVAC issue, there was also a completely rusted lamp in one room. The staff is incredible & the ocean view is incredible. The pool areas are great for all ages, as well as convenient beach access. I would recommend, just be prepared for a room that could use some updates. "
