It was okay. For the price you pay it works out. There are some problems though. Staff was slow to respond over text. Was called a few times to open the door for guests as the keypad wasn’t working. Eventually keypad was replaced but wasn’t informed about the new code so was locked out until they responded. The area is alright and has some good restaurants to eat at. Definitely better options but still is okay for the price.

The property was in a convenient location however it is not disclosed that there are many homeless people in the area. The room was pretty decent but the bedding was very dirty upon check in and after reviewing under the comforter the sheets were also dirty and stained.

I booked this hotel as a last minute stay for the bad bunny concert. Although it was convenient in the sense that it was near the concert venue, I would never recommend this place to anyone else nor will I be returning. Luckily nothing bad happened to either my girlfriend or I, but there were certain instances where walking to our rental car, we felt kind of unsafe walking through the streets. We avoided the area at all costs, it did not feel safe. There was also a lack of restaurants/bars in the immediate area which made it undesirable to be at. The room had a constant smell of mold or of a basement, and since there were no vents anywhere in the room, it would get very humid if the A/C was not turned on. The bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived, but the bed was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Another downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room, would’ve been nice to have to keep our food and beverages cool. Also there is no onsite freezer parking so keep that in mind. Overall I would not stay here again.

Room and bathroom were great! Bed was great, internet access was average, lots of food places around, however the parking really sucks. Also no coffee pot, no microwave, or no refrigerator. They should invest in those things.

Photos very misleading, and not part of the room, room was extremely small with no walking room, room is a box literally with a shower. Furniture was dirty, with burnt holes in hallway outside of room, balcony was a shared balcony outside of room, pillows were dirty, bugs flying around room, room smelled like paint & mildew, other guest were loud and playing loud music, unsafe environment with addicts outside of building, and run down surrounding buildings, away from beach, requested refund right after check in and was given the run around. Staff was un responsive and would not give management information.

The bathroom was clogged and the shower was not working properly only a few drops would come out the shower. And I’m pretty sure they were aware of the problems because they put 2 gallons of water in the shower and another one to flush the toilet but the toilet wouldn’t flush. I tried to bring this to their attention but they would not answer my messages. You can hear everything that is going on outside. Other than those major issues the room was clean and it was easy to do the self check in.

nothing scared for my safety no one to speak to at front desk didn’t have anything in the picture that i chose for my stay will never recommend anyone to stay at this location false description not in a safe location rude customer service over the phone horrible wouldn’t stay here if it was free ever.

The Poshtel was very comfortable and overall very clean. The room info took a little longer to receive after payment which was a little inconvenient because there’s no lobby to the Poshtel so I was waiting on the street until i urgently asked for the info that should have been provided. The room was clean but there was issues with the towels they just didn’t smell or feel clean . Overall for the affordable price point the room was a life saver for my trip in Puerto Rico. If I return to the island I will be sure to book again just bring my own towels
