「My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.」

「It's a very old town authentic Puerto Rican hotel. Very beautiful. Very clean room. Walking distance from the beach」

「During our stay we had alot of inconveniences we lost power a lot throughout the days, air conditioning and water but that one isn’t ther fault due to the water outage. When we arrived we had 3 apartments booked our first one didn’t have a key so we had to go get a new one and wait for it to be remade it. The rooms weren’t the cleanest there was a lot of random dusty and dirty stuff around the rooms. You only hav Ac in the rooms if they are working but everywhere else in the apartment doesn’t.」
