"Property is a little dated, looking forward to the improvements they are making to the hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't lucky at the casino LOL but it was fun and exciting environment. They should offer amenities for the hotel guests maybe separate entrance and parking. It was a little annoying to enter through regular entrance and show ID each time we entered back into the hotel. "

"We booked a last minute girls weekend over labor day. The Palms at Fire Island providesd a beautiful experience! Our room was ready upon check-in, 3 hours early! The hotel kept in contact with us via text the entire experience, towels, bikes ,beach accessories, water, whatever we needed was immediate attended to.
