「My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. 「We loved the location!」

「Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning...

「Sometimes photos lie. In this case, everything was as promised! We had what we needed and more! Thank you for the wine and chocolates- a nice touch. It was just the perfect place for family to meet up and spend a couple of days together.」

「House was very clean and owners seemed kind and thoughtful. They was a bottle of wine waiting for us at arrival. Beds and linens were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The view from the balcony is splendid with cozy outdoor furniture and an area for yoga or meditation. We just found the decor to be a little schizophrenic and overwhelming. This is a great place for two adults and a couple of kids to stay. If two couples are going, they would need to be very comfortable...

「Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Location is questionable but the unit was clean as can be, very spacious and perfect for a large group (10 people). There could be better pans and pots as well as more utensils but aside from that we enjoyed our stay.」

「We were visiting the area for Ithaca College’s commencement. Great to be away from the downtown hotels who seem to double and triple their prices for college events. The apartment was 18 miles away and it was so peaceful. The unit was immaculately cleaned. We were treated to a bottle of local wine and a gift card for the downstairs coffee shop. I am only sad we did not find it sooner, before our daughter graduated. Can’t wait to come back.」
