「Hotel staff forcefully collected $45 additional taxes on top of taxes paid from Expedia reservation. My reservation says parking included. They charged $35 additional for parking. Hotel staff do not even want to look for my Expedia reservation. They said they do not trust anything Expedia says.」

Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. 」
