I waited for 10 minutes before being waited on at registration. Other than that, the stay was good.

Great staff and location in downtown Ellicotville, within walking distance to all shops and restaurants and only 5 minute drive to the slopes at Holliday Valley.

This is s great place to stay! The room (actually an apartment) was spotless and very comfortable. Wifi worked impeccably and the front desk staff were outstanding. Big plus, very cool bar on the 26th floor.

You can find out about the history of Cuba with a stop at Seneca Oil Springs. While you're in the area, wander around the natural setting.
Did not have the opportunity to explore too much of the village of Cuba, but it is a nice small town with the typical ' New York southern tier small town ambiance'. We will go back to explore the village and area some more.
